Invision hosts home cinema event

Over the last 18 months, the residential install market has been active as homeowners invested in their properties following periods of lockdown. As a result, Invision took the opportunity to host their first face-to-face event at Innovation House since the pandemic started.

Held in July, the Home Cinema event focused on Invision’s market-leading cinema brands and consisted of product demonstrations, presentations showing customers how to utilise and install the products successfully, new product launches, and networking with 45 custom installers attending across the two days. Key brands and partners included Sony, Trinnov, Krix, WeQuote, CEDIA, Screen Innovations, Home Cinema Modules, AudioControl, Samsung, and Origin Acoustics.

The aims were to get dealers in to experience Invision’s dedicated home cinema, to highlight the complete home cinema solution that Invision provides, and to help customers truly understand the product(s) for installation into residential settings.

Mark Taylor, commercial director at Invision said: “It was great to host our first face-to-face event since the pandemic started. To be able to see customers and manufacturers again while showcasing our market-leading home cinema brands was something we have missed being able to do in-person and it provided a fantastic opportunity for us to reconnect.”  

The event was a huge success with positive feedback received from attendees and, as a result, Invision plan to do a similar event in 2022.
